★Introduction
The QK series CNC pipe thread lathe is specially developed by our company for the processing of API pipe threads in the oil field industry. The machine tool has a large spindle through hole and a front and rear double chuck clamping structure. It is suitable for turning various types of long pipe cylindrical threads, conical threads and special threads. At the same time, it also has all the functions of ordinary CNC lathes and can replace ordinary CNC lathes to process complex-shaped shafts, sleeves, discs and other parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, chamfering, threading, etc. It has strong process adaptability, high processing efficiency and good finished product consistency.
The machine tool has a novel appearance, easy programming, simple operation, mature structure and stable performance. It is widely used in the oil industry, natural gas industry, chemical industry, hydropower and geological exploration and other departments.
★Structural features
The bed is made of high-standard cast iron (HT300) and cast in one molding. After secondary aging treatment, it has strong stability, good rigidity and strong seismic resistance.
The guide surface is high-frequency quenched (Rockwell hardness can reach HRC55 or above), and is precisely ground by imported guide grinders to ensure the long life, high precision and good retention of the guide surface.
The spindle head box is completed by one-time molding by an imported horizontal boring and milling machining center. The spindle has high concentricity, strong structural rigidity, and can adapt to heavy cutting. The gears are high-frequency quenched and precisely ground, with high precision, stable operation, and can be both heavy cutting and fine turning.
Automatic forced circulation lubrication makes the transmission system flexible and can effectively cool down. Each sliding guide pair is covered with TSF soft belt, which greatly reduces the friction coefficient and increases the service life of the guide.
