This  series  double  column  vertical  lathe  consists  of  standard  model  C5235  and  the  enlarged  model  CQ5250  based  on  model  C5235. It   is   widely    used to    machine    large    workpieces in   metallurgical,chemical,motor,mine,shipping,iron   &steel,m1litary   industries   etc.It can   be   used   in   machining   thecylindrical   surface,inner   hole,end   face,internal   and   externa   circular   surface   of workpiece,especilly 30T  workpiece.This   machine   has   been   improvedon   thefollowing aspects:
1.Columns,guide  way  and  the  whole   machine  are  wdened.so  the   rieidity  of  whole   machine   is  enhanced,especill  when  columns  are enethened   for machining  large  size  workpieces.
2.The table  is  driven  by  a frequency  conversion  motor  shifted  byhigh  and  low  speed,so  the speed can  be  changed  steplessly.
3.Feed  motion:eft  and  right tool  posts  are  controlledtwo  seryo  motors  via  a  drive  to  achieve  rapid  movement,feeding  movement  and steplessspeed  changing.Electronic  hand  wheel  is  also  a  standard  accessory  for  convenient  operation.
4.CNC  system  can  be  an  optional  accessory  for  feeding  motor  to  achieve  two-axis  synchro-motion  and  circular  surface  processing

The   structural   characteristics   ofthe   machine:

As   an   accessory   of machine   tool,heavy-duty   rotary   table   has   its own   driving   system.If it   is   used   as   an   accessory   for   floor   type boring machine,miling  and   boring   machine  and  end  face   milling   machine,It   can  finish  the  following   process:milling   angle,reversing boring and  positioning.The  processing  range  can  be  largely  extended  and the  auxiliary  time  can  be  reduced.
The  rotary  table  is  a  new  product  with  high  cost--performance which  combines  CNC  concept  on  the  basis  of  traditional  product.This machine  is  deelutch  driving  by  Japan  YASKAWA  servo  drive system  and  can  position  accurately  at  4×90°with  DRO  system.
The  main improvement:

1.The   rotary   bearings   ofthe   table   adopt   double--row   cylindrical roller   bearings   and   central   unloading   equipment   which    can enhance the  accuracy  and  load  capability  of the  table.
2.The  linear  motion  and   rotary  motion  of  working  table  aredrived   respectively  by  two  servo   motors  to  achieve   rapid   movement and feeding  movement.Electronic  hand  wheel  is  also  a  standard accessory  for  convenient  operation.
3.There   are   4    sets    clamp to   help   rotary   movement.The   big   gearring   is   clamped   by   hydraulic   pressure   to    ensure the processing requirements.
4.The  linear  motion  is  drived  by  anti-backlash  reducer  and  leadscrew  pair  instead  ofrack  driving.
5.0il   recycle   tank   is   combined   with   table   while   casting   process.Sinks   are   added   around   the   working   table,so   customers   can mount cooling   system   conveniently.
6.Once you  link  the  machine  with  CNC  system,it  is  a CNC rotary  table.
